I can't remember exactly, but it's been a very long time. For the first time in four years, life is looking up and I'm lucky to say that I am extremely happy at the moment :3 But I also know what's it's like to self-harm, to feel like there's no way out and no one who cares. I wish every one of you luck, happiness and smiles in each one of difficult struggles.

Umm, a week? I am so close to slipping back into cutting. BUt, I was biting my lip last night hard enough to draw blood, and because my lips are cracked I made it hurt worse... Does that count as self harm?

thats 56 days, or one month, three weeks, and four days.
in five days, itll be TWO WHOLE MONTHS. and in one week and four days, ill beat my record. :)
