somewhere around five months...I cannot believe it and am unsure how I have done this and how long it will last...

Keep going you guys. Every second, every minute, every hour and every single day counts. We are all strong and we can beat this. Who the hell does SH think it is anyway? To everyone who's struggling at the moment, you CAN do this! I remember the days when I could barely go a few hours, but now it's been around 6 weeks I think since my last slip up and before that a few months. You can all do this. I haven't been on here for a while but this thread popped up in my inbox and I thought I'd check in. Keep reaching out, we are here to support you! Know that you are not alone in your struggles and please don't apologise for slipping up or even for doing it regularly in some people's cases. It's okay.

Today will be 11 weeks and 6 days. Nearly 12 weeks! And I should reach 3 months right before my birthday :)
