I want EVERYONE who posts on here to remember that any amount of going without self harm is SUCH a step!!

Even if it's only been 5 minutes, think of it this way...
It's a new minute. Start over. Start fresh, you can do this. You can fight this.

I'm so proud of each and every one that posts on this thread, because self harm is a serious addiction, and those who are fighting to stop have the right idea!

You guys should be so proud of YOU. YOU did this, you stopped for ___ amount of time. And it's YOU that can stop SH.
No one can fight this for you, this is your battle.
Remember, there are people who understand you, and want to help you.

Keep the fight! Dont ever loose hope in yourself and YOUR abilities.
