Self harm free!
Since we dont have all the threads we used to I thought I'd start a new one that went well.
How long have you been self harm free? Ok so ill go first, 1 month and 10 days to be exact!! I hope this goes well! |

Congrats to all of you on keeping self harm free!
For me... I'd say over a week? However it was very minor and I'm so proud of myself for keeping my self harming habits down. It's a bit like smoking, trying to go cold turkey with SH. Maybe they should sell us serotonin patches or something? |
