To everyone starting/re-starting, CONGRATZ! Don't undermine your few hours, days, months... Everyone here knows how each second is such a huge accomplishment. Be proud of every moment you keep yourself from doing it!

Right now...I think I'm at about... A year and a week [don't remember exactly when the last time was, I just kind of forgot about it]

But it's getting really hard again =/ I hope I can keep this up...
