Hello and welcome to Teenhelp. Thank you so much for coming on and telling us about what you have been going through. I am so sorry this has happened to you. When someone is hurtful to us, it can make us feel so many things and some people will self harm. When this person is hurtful to you again, try to walk away and take a deep breath and think about something that makes you smile or happy and think about that for a while. Also whoever you are working for, try talking to them about what this person is doing to you and ask them if they can help you out with this so that they are not being hurtful to you. Also when you get the feeling to self harm again, try finding something to help you get your mind off of this feeling for a while. If you can take a walk or listening to music or playing a game or writing for a while or something else that you can do to help you to be okay for a while. I hope you will be okay soon and you are able to get some help with this.
