Recently I've been doing a lot better about my depression and about self harm. I haven't cut in almost four months and I'm really proud of myself for that. For a while, I wasn't even getting any sort of urges. But recently, I've been getting more and more urges and I don't know what to do.

Hey Chris,
Sometimes self-harm urges come and go depending on what's going on in your life. Has anything happened lately that could make you want to hurt yourself? That could be something to think about. If so, you could work on that issue to hopefully decrease your self-harm urges.
What alternatives and coping skills have you been using throughout these past four months? Are those alternatives still working? If they are, try going back to them to see if they will help you. If not, maybe you could look into some new alternatives to try out. It could be that the old ones don't have the same effectiveness.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?
