I ranted to a certain someone and also reminded myself I have to wear light colors soon at an event.

I've just been kind of relaxing and reading a lot since my semester is over (until the summer one starts!) I've been watching TV and I want to distract myself with movies too.
If clarity's in death, then why won't this die?

I made myself breakfast, have been utilizing TH and I read a bit. I think I am probably going to go ahead and read a bit more to try and meet my goal of getting this book finished by tomorrow.

One of the most effective ways to avoid such thoughts is to work out. Yes. Working out is the answer for all the negativity that you may experience.
Channelize all that energy and negativity towards exercising and cardio. It gives you immense power at the gym. Once you see the results, you'll feel so much positive and realize that those negative thoughts and self harming was not worth the person you've become.
