Music is the main thing for me that helps get me through my thoughts.
I also really like Art and doodling in a Art Book. That also helps.

I read my book.

I think I might start the next book. After we get lunch I think I gonna settle down and watch a few scary movies. My boyfriend ended up getting a few that I've been interested in and I still need to marathon Halloween.

And forcing a friend to go on a walk with me once I am home

Drink some tea and focus on my homework. Remind myself that what is triggering me is just insignificant and will be over in about an hour anyway

I am really nervous right now and there is a part of me that wants to cut. Instead, I am just browsing the internet and I will probably head out in 45 minutes.

Sometimes leaving home so I don't have the tools is the best way.

I distracted myself all day today by doing chores. Settling down for the night and might go watch something or read a bit more of my book.

I do have to pick my boyfriend up in about 2 hours so that should give me enough time to read or watch something.

I went back to sleep. I woke up exceptionally early this morning and felt an urge. I tried distracting but it didn't seem to be helping, much, so I crawled back into bed and slept. Woke up about 2 hours ago and the urge seems to have gone away.

Trying positive self talk. It's not working 100% so I might blog about the feelings I am having. I think, getting these feelings out, will be helpful.

Also, will probably read a bit after I blog.
