Self Harm

I don't know what happened to my other thread, but here it is again.

How long have you been self harm free? I've been clean for 3 weeks :D. Also, when (what age or what grade) did you start. I started 3 years ago.

There's a thread here which discusses how long people have been SH free, so feel free to add your successes to the others and let people know you're staying as strong as you are! Three weeks is amazing, you should be so proud!

I started when I was around 15 or 16, so about 6/7 years ago now.

Its true what Hollie is saying, the thread is called, How are you beating self-harm. It's under Self - harm, and you can post in it when you need to. I don't self harm. I'm happy for you. Hugs.

It's been just over a week for me. I also started when I was about 9 and I am 23 now so around fourteen years.

so cutting has been about 2 months
Scratching about a month
Biting a day or so
Picking not even a day

I started self-harming when I was 5 years old and I am 25 now so 20 years.
