Self Harm

I don't know what happened to my other thread, but here it is again.

How long have you been self harm free? I've been clean for 3 weeks . Also, when (what age or what grade) did you start. I started 3 years ago.

I started when I was around 15 or 16, so about 6/7 years ago now.

Its true what Hollie is saying, the thread is called, How are you beating self-harm. It's under Self - harm, and you can post in it when you need to. I don't self harm. I'm happy for you. Hugs.

So far I think three days not alot but better than none. Wish you all good luck

It's been just over a week for me. I also started when I was about 9 and I am 23 now so around fourteen years.

so cutting has been about 2 months
Scratching about a month
Biting a day or so
Picking not even a day

I started self-harming when I was 5 years old and I am 25 now so 20 years.
