I think it's great you haven't for awhile. Self-harm releases endorphins which is what gives you the rush and also what makes it addictive. And that's why you wanna do it even when you aren't sad. In this situation, I think the best thing to do is use your coping techniques that you have been using to fight the urges. Anything from exercising to using some things on the self-harm alternatives list. Even go for a walk if you feel overwhelmed with the urge.

Hey there,
First of all, I am so glad that you have been having a good week! Even though you have had this urge it is amazing that things have been going mostly well for you.
I think that I can relate at least a bit to what you are saying because sometimes I'll find myself having the urge to self harm even though nothing bad has been going on. So, you're definitely not the only one!
Maybe since you can't go out, you can find some exercises to do just within your bedroom? My therapist always told me to either pace or run back and forth and do some jumping jacks, which isn't really something noisy to do!
I know you've seen the alternatives list before, though, and maybe you should start trying some of the things on there so you have things you can do at night when you can't go biking, though.
You can get through this!
