Guy friend is cutting :z -
November 2nd 2012, 01:45 AM
Hey,
So my neighbor/church buddy/close-ish guy friend just barely started cutting.. It's not bad, only like paper..... Cuts. He keeps pulling his sleeve down over his wrists cause only three girls (his two friends and me) know about this.
I want to help him and tell him I've felt the same way and done the same thing...
But here's the catch: he didn't tell me. One of his girl friends did..
So, how am I supposed to help when I'm not supposed to know?
(I saw his wrist while he was pulling his sleeve back up, again, he doesn't know that I know..)

Maybe go with that, don't say that one of the girls betrayed his trust. Just say, hey I noticed, are you okay? And then say that he isn't alone and that he can stop before it does get bad! Just tell him you are worried about him.
Jay.

My blog is open to all, those whom are easily triggered avoid, it's a story about a girl and her life and how far she has come over the years. If you read it, I hope it inspires you to keep fighting and to NEVER give up!
