So I get extremely queasy/light-headed and nauseous every time i cut myself and these cuts aren't even bad or deep, I want to go deeper but I always faint or throw up before i can continue cutting. So I've resorted to eraser burning [X]
I faint when I get shots, I fainted when I got my ears pierced, I fainted when I got my eyebrow pierced. I almost threw up the other night when I was cutting, I have a really high pain tolerance, I mean I can eraser burn [X] and I'm completely fine. But when it comes to piercings or needles or cuts or blood I can't handle it. Why is this? What's going on? Is it a mental thing? What can I do to stop it? I'd much rather be cutting than burning.
P.S If you're gonna rant at me for self harming; go away I don't care

Hey there, I doubt anyone IS going to rant at you. For the cutting: It may not really be the pain, it might be the sight of blood. My teacher always threw up if she saw blood and/or had a shot because of this.
Some people do faint while getting piercings and I don't really have an answer. But it can be considered pschological but not an illness of some sorts, it's just your bodies way of saying 'you know that hurts, right?'.
Maybe find another way to not really harm yourself?
Jay.

My blog is open to all, those whom are easily triggered avoid, it's a story about a girl and her life and how far she has come over the years. If you read it, I hope it inspires you to keep fighting and to NEVER give up!
When you can no longer think of a reason to continue, you must think of a reason to start over.

Yea I agree with Jay. You probably get queasy and light headed because of the blood. Its just how some people are so you will be queasy at the sight of blood forever its just how your body is.
