For me, I love wolves. They are my favourite animal. They did use to exist in the UK a very long time ago, and they sadly don't anymore because they were hunted
Horses are treated badly in many places, even most riding schools can't offer horses what they deserve - freedom. Bees are endangered and dying out; because of urbanisation, there are not enough places for them to live and honey plants to pollinate.
It's my dream to have my own apiary in the future.
My favorite animal is far from being at risk of extinction or extreme abuse by humanity as a whole. It's not to say there aren't concerns regarding them; on the contrary, there is severe overpopulation of feral cats. I wholly support the whole concept of TNR — Trap, Neuter, Return — programs for feral and stray cat colonies.
