Im going insane

So i finished school last month my mom died on the 6thof june im glad she was able to see me graduate before im really in a bad mental funk thinking all sorts. Crazy things im engaging in dangerous behaviors just bought a motorcycle just cause its dangerous . i feel like icant live without my mom she was only 60 and my dads been emotionally cutoff since0

So sorry to hear about your loss. I'd suggest talking to somebody you can trust like a friend or a family member. If that doesn't work, maybe a therapist. Those are the ideas I'd suggest if you need somebody to talk to.
