Rough Time.

Recently, I've been going through a rough time and I'm just exhausted from it all. Today was the icing on the cake. I had an altercation with a stranger and I'll be working non-stop for the next couple of weeks, meaning I won't have much time to do anything. I saw my parents today and my Mum said that because I'll be working a lot, she won't be able to go for a walk with me that we usually do on a Saturday mornings with their dog. I'm just so drained from everything that's been happening recently.

Hello,

I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with all of this and hope that you will be okay soon. When we are working so much and we don't have time to do something fun that we have been always doing for a while, it is not a good feeling to have. Would you maybe be able to try to get together with your mother another day to go for a walk with her and the dog? I hope that you are able to find sometime to take a little bit of time for yourself. It can be anything, reading a book or writing or calling a friend or drawing or painting or anything else that you enjoy doing. I hope you will be okay soon. Sending you  to help.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I've read most of the posts you've made here and I know it's been hectic and difficult for you lately. I don't have any advice right now, but I hope you're doing okay and if you ever want to talk you can message me any time.

I'm so sorry to hear you're struggling right now and while it's understandable the stress might have caused you to go off on a complete stranger — whether or not it was justified — I think it's important to take a step back and ask yourself if you need someone to talk to. It's great you continue to reach out and express yourself on here, and please don't stop doing so; but I wonder if it'd be beneficial to you if you spoke to a professional. They can help you come up with different strategies to cope with everything that's going on and it'll be good to get some of that weight off your chest by verbalizing it out loud.

Wishing you the best of luck.

Thank you for your reply. I have been considering talking to someone about it.
