Misophonia, OCD and of course depression -

I get an unwanted sexual arousal whenever I hear my dad breathe. I absolutely fucking hate it when he excerises beside my room! It sounds like he's having a fucking orgasm! This makes me extremely uncomfortable to the point I want to fucking kill him! I close the door and I can still hear him! He is obnoxiously loud and disgusting! He even farts loud! If I tell him to exercise somewhere else, he won't listen! I can't go anywhere else in the house because of OCD! Like he sits on the couches and I refuse to sit where he sits because whenever he pulls down his pants, he doesn't lift up his shirt, so I don't want to be exposed to his ass germs! Yes, he has shown me! My room is my only "safe" place and even that's not as safe as I want it to be! I want to move out or die!

Sorry to hear that! Misophonia sounds like a really difficult thing to deal with, especially when you have told your dad to exercise somewhere else, but he continues to do so outside your room.
Is it possible to get some earplugs, or listen to music when your dad is exercising so that you don't have to listen to him? It might help a bit, even if it is a bit inconvenient.
