Hey there,
So nobody here is a doctor and so nobody can diagnose depression, however there are some sources which you can look to for more information on what sort of symptoms a person with depression might display. The NHS site (here) lists symptoms including low mood, irritability, suicidal thoughts etc as psychological symptoms as well as physical symptoms such as weight fluctuation and lack of energy.
I'd also have a look on any local health sites for your country (I'm not sure what resources are available in India but they may be more appropriate for you!) to see if you can learn a bit more. If you're worried, it's always a great idea to pop into speak to your doctor or a professional about it though. Like I say, we can tell you what is on the internet but we're not doctors, so they're always the best ones to chat to about it!

Losing interest in activities, constant state of numb or sadness, emotional pain, heavy heart, insomnia, cant get out of bed, etc. Definitely research more, hope you're doing well. You may need to talk to a doctor. All the best.
