With depression on the way.

These days they seem so long,
So long I wish them gone,
Never did I begin to think,
That depression would ever win,

But the days they seem so dark,
So long and all so hard,
Like misery could break my heart,
With pills that could take my spark,

The up days and the down days,
The low phase and the high phase,
The urges that we face,
With depression on the way,

Give me the blades and I'll go away,
Tonight I'll whisper my last goodbye,
Together, forever, we will fight,
But now it's time to say goodnight.
