Unhappy Depression - January 10th 2015, 06:33 PM

I am never really happy but not sure why, I always put on a fake smile becaise im scared if someone asks why I'm so upset I have no idea what to tell them, I feel so low sometimes I feel like literally jumping out of my window for no reason. Is it possible to be depressed because of nothing?

Usually I get like that too, where I will be fine then out of nowhere then really depressed the next. I believe that there are not always concrete reasons for feeling that way but it is definitely valid. You may also have triggers that you may not realize, it look me almost 2 years to find out mine so that may also be the cause. ❤ Stay strong ❤ Message me if you ever want to talk, or have someone listen, I'm always here! Re: Depression - January 12th 2015, 01:21 AM

This happens to me often. I'll just be doing nothing when all of the sudden I start to feel really down. I could be reading a book (when i have time to), walking down the street, in the middle of playing a game, taking an exam, anything.... It's the oddest thing. I use to think there always had to be a reason to be depressed, but I really cannot pinpoint the sources for when these random occurrences..well...occur.
