We have recently published a new Complaints Procedure that aims to make it easier for you to understand how to resolve any issues that you're having on the site. It will hopefully help you to know who the best person to speak to is and what procedures to follow, by bringing together all of the different methods of providing feedback into one place.
We are hoping to improve how we handle complaints and follow a more consistent approach, which this Complaints Procedure will help with. The Complaints Procedure can be found here and there is a link from the bottom of every page too.
