Hello everybody,
We are currently recruiting for a new TeenHelp volunteer role, Chat Room Mentors. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver our Facilitated Chat Room Discussions (FCRDs) that take place each week on Saturdays. In addition to this the role also involves providing support and advice to users who need help in our Chat Room at other times.
We are also recruiting for Facilitators. This is a non-Staff role similar to our Associate Staff roles and will allow you to facilitate our discussions without taking on all of the responsibilities of joining our dedicated Staff team (see our Volunteer page for a comparison of the differences between Staff and Associate Staff roles). To apply for our Facilitator role please click here.
Any questions please let me know.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver our Facilitated Chat Room Discussions (FCRDs) that take place each week on Saturdays. - As our FCRDs take place on Saturdays you will need to regularly be available at the time slots that FCRDs take place (see the schedule on the FCRD page for details).
- Chat Room Mentors will be expected to run a minimum of two FCRDs per month, though more will be preferred when possible.
