We are pleased to be able to release the preliminary results of this survey, which gives an overview of what we found. Some of the key findings include:
- Most users enjoy helping others, with our Support Forums being overwhelmingly our most popular service.
- Users think we provide a good range of features and that our information and publications are useful.
- Users don't feel how we handle complaints is as effective as it could be.
- We need to put greater emphasis on training and developing our volunteers.
- Overall the majority of TeenHelp's users are happy with the experience they get from TeenHelp.
