I have to figure out all my packing soon. I usually just take one little bag when I spend a night, this time I'm spending a week! I'm gonna need a trunk...

I have to do the packing on Thursday, then Friday I'll be all over the house, running around trying to bake cookies, wrap presents, and somewhere in-between I have to find time to take a shower before I leave! This is just a royal mess.

At the very least, I know ONE thing about Jon's proposal plans, and he says...

We all love it, and we all hate it at the same time. It's just such a stressful time!

Luckily, my stress was able to go down just a bit after today, which I really needed. My stress level was seriously peaking. Not only did I manage to get out and find a Christmas gift for my aunt today (Wizard of Oz 75th anniversary magazine, she's obsessed with all things Oz), but after looking around and determining what would be best, I finally decided on what to get my fiancé, Jon, this year....

The time will soon be coming. I know it really wasn't too long ago that I had to take what turned out to be a pretty long leave, and I don't want to go on leave again, but I'm going to have to and I promise this one will be short!

In probably about 3 weeks I'm going to send my PM out to Robin. I promise nothing is wrong, but Jon is coming home in a month, and I intend to spend every second of the time he's home glued to his side! Don't worry, I promise I'll put up in the staffie...

It never does. The stress-free me never stays for long. The stress is always lurking in the shadows.

Christmas was all right. Some fun parts then some parts that I just don't care. It's not that I wasn't happy, it's just there's no fun in Christmas for me anymore. Not when I know what 95% of my gifts are before Christmas because I have to pick them out. Not when it's the same routine. Wake up, open presents, hide in room with cool new stuff for a while and family does their thing,...

I'll start with Christmas first. It was cool, any other day. I got the clothes I wanted, a lava lamp, season 1 of Law & Order: SVU, Sims, and books. So basically besides family time I was reading Tilt by Ellen Hopkins (Finished it!) and playing Sims all day. It was awesome. And my sister liked the gift I got her. We even got gifts for my niece even though technically she's not here yet. Expect another blog entry when she arrives, and maybe a forum post.

But Christmas Eve? Yesterday...
