Relapse

I relapsed and I don't care. I jus don't care and I don't know how to get that care back. 600 days clean and I relapse and I don't care. I am numb to everything and I hate to say it but it feels good to SH again. I don't know where to go from here, I don't know if I want to recover.

It's hard to see a relapse as anything but a failure, but 600 days is SO amazing, and a relapse doesn't change the fact you managed to be clean for 600 whole days. Bumps in the road happen, and I know you're feeling numb and bad right now, but the fact you hit the 600 day mark once means you can do it again, and this time go beyond that too. The self harm might have felt good, but think of how good it felt to get to 600 days. It's such an achievement and you deserve to feel proud of yourself for that.
