Today has been a day of two halves. Let's start with last night before I went to bed..... it was late so today if you think about it. I was playing board games and had so much fun, this lead me to wake up in good mood. The 'morning' was good. And then came the stupid notification. I changed my profile picture on Facebook and that is then on my feed. My dad is still a friend on Facebook so saw this and liked the post. I don't know what it was but getting that notification sent me into a complete meltdown. It was bad and so frustrating. It is such a little thing and it wrote off my whole afternoon and evening.

I am now more ok, I took my meds and have calmed down. However, it is just so frustrating to me. How much of an impact his stupid name has on my life. This is why I am doing what I am doing with the police. My old vicar told me that she doesn't agree with it and I should pray more about it. Does she not think I have prayed about it for 18 years.

I am just annoyed that such a little thing affected me so much. It was a notification.

I think you have every right to feel as annoyed as you do about this. I know when I get notification from someone who doesn't make me feel so good, it sets me off in a really sour mood.

Wishing you the best of luck.
