I have been told by a number of people that I should talk to my parents about what I am feeling but I struggle to talk to people about what I am feeling(even the school counsellor). Any advice on how to open up to someone and how to talk to them.

You are so brave to reach out here

They are right, you should always try to reach out to people as much as you can to get help. Especially if you are stuggling right now.

Open up to people is all about trust. I don't know you, and it might take you a long time to build that trust. But its possible, and you will find that process more natural and comforting to you over time.

And one more key thought is that, here in TH, everyone are so glad to help you. They just want to see you happy again! Keep that in mind and don't be afriad to reach out to us. We ALWAYS listen, and NEVER judge!

And for me personally, please do not hesitate to PM me anytime if you wish. I am always glad to help in any way I can

You can do this and will get better, dont forget that!
