I don't want to go back to sleep...scares me..I can't face the nightmares...

1. 	Lovely, it's just a dream. I know it may not help, and I know its scary, I do, but it's not real. It didn't happen, and you're going to be okay. The dreams wont hurt you, but if they're causing this much upset, you should really tell someone about it. Don't let them get the better of you hun. You are stronger than they are. <3
