The scars are well hidden. The tears are nowhere to be seen.
The smile is placed gently on my face, yet the hurt's still tucked neatly within me. Although all the signs are well hidden, that throbbing heart continues to throb and never stops.
There's nothing that can be done and noone understands.
The day ends, the smile's gone, you stare at the scars and the tears flow endlessly. Now you have nothing to hide.
You're on your own in your bedroom. You get the sharp object out and place it onto your wrist, slowly skin parts and you feel the pain but you don't care.
It doesn't compare to the emotional pain you go through. You wonder what can be done?
You come to an answer.Nothing, nothing at all. And so you sit and watch the world go bye without a care.
You watch others live their seemingly perfect lives and continue to fake your happiness every single day.
You just continue to simply live in your own painful and distressing world. </3

I wonder, how many other people feel this way??

This a poem I wrote a while back and I figured I'd blog it.. So yeah comment
