I have come to the realization that if I don't go inpatient I probably will try to kill myself and that is the scariest thing ever. I found myself counting my pills last night. My mind telling me to just take them. And then this morning it was the same thing, to just take them. Those thoughts won't stop.

Part of me just wants to try to kill myself rather than go inpatient because I don't want to hear my parents but part of me feels screwed if I don't die because I'll have to hear...

Hello everybody,

We are currently recruiting for a new TeenHelp volunteer role, Chat Room Mentors. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver our Facilitated Chat Room Discussions (FCRDs) that take place each week on Saturdays. In addition to this the role also involves providing support and advice to users who need help in our Chat Room at other times.

It feels like I'm being punished for my own inability to ask for the help I need, for the fact that oftentimes once I get an idea, I cannot begin to shake the idea until I have acted upon it.

Nobody from my team has contacted me at all today. Admittedly the day is not over...
