I couldn't stay home last night. So after I left chat, I drove to Hamilton. I left Auckland at about 3:15 AM, and there was basically no traffic, but I was careful to drive at the speed limit. I got to the parking lot I was aiming for at about 4:40 AM. I smoked the rest of my joint and then I fell asleep for two hours in the driver's seat. I woke up. Then I went to the nearest supermarket to buy some food. I slept in the driver's seat for a further hour or so following that. Then I went to The Base...

So basically I had an incident with another student in the school. It wasn't anything I felt threatened by, but my parents took what was said by the other student in a threatening way, and reported it to administration.

So, one of the vice principals called me down today. I got so nervous I couldn't breathe and it felt as if I was choking on my words. I guess the best way I can describe it is that it felt as if I was having an asthma attack, only I knew it wasn't an asthma attack...

So, last night I convinced myself to go to a teen support group. I had many doubts before going. Like, there not going to like, they will not understand, you don’t know anyone so why should you go etc. We started out by doing a check in, but we pick pictures and explained our week from there. It was really hard for me because I haven’t explained anything that’s going on in my head to anyone in a long time. We talked about the lies that we tell ourselves and I’ve had those thoughts since at least...

So now I'm panicking about not getting everything done in time. Yesterday was a looooong day. I was working 10-2 like I usually do, then I had to wander about for an hour before going back for a Staff Meeting at 3. (Seriously there were about 30 of us trying to fit into the tiny managers' office, and only 7 chairs. No one could move.) That lasted about an hour where we were told that this year we will be selling Christmas...

(Because I'm fully digging The Offspring right now. And Mumford and Sons. And Nirvana. And Fun. So on so forth etcetera, loud music. In fact my psychologist suggested dancing to loud music as a way to stay grounded. Pity that would tear my headphones out of the headphone jack on my laptop . . .)

Dante said it, a very long time ago now. While I don't believe in a literal hell, and I'm uncertain of a metaphorical hell, I do have serious issues with people who try to remain so neutral when times are dire enough to warrant action.
