Now let me explain what I mean here:

While I can’t tell you my whole entire life
story in a single piece of writing, I can share
with you some synopsis form of it.

So if you’ve never looked at my profile before
or read any of my earlier blog entries long
before I started writing these inspirational writings,
I was pretty much a complicated mess.

I had people who I once called my best friends,
only to find out...

Here’s what’s so fascinating to me now
that I’ve spent time bettering myself and
continue to work on my mindset every day:

I see so many people holler a cry for help,
complaining about their problems, especially
how they’re always telling a tale of some tragedy
pretty much the entire time, and how they
have no friends and want friends.

Yet, when they come to a place such as
this very website you’re on right now and...

I understand how tough it must be for you,
losing the friend you were close with, or even
that romantic partner you were with.

Whatever was the reason why, regardless, I want
to share this with you, and although this might be a
message you don’t want to hear, I share this with you
because if you open your mind and hear me out, this
can be one of the most valuable lessons you’ll ever learn:

Don’t depend on someone wholeheartedly....

For 6 years I have been battling self-harm, relapsing every couple of months. It was never something I thought I would turn to but is what I ended up using. In the past year, I have been working on myself more but the self-harming habit was one I could not get rid of. What blows me away is people will spend an
enormous amount of time seeking help, seeking
advice from other people, and even when they
do get that advice, they never take it to heart
and keep repeating the same problems again and again.

What does the word “friend” mean?

Generally speaking, we’ve used this word
so loosely that we lack an understanding
of the true definition behind this word.

Growing up as little kids in school, our teachers
would tell us that everyone in our class is
all friends here, but are they really your friends?

Because no one ever taught us the true
meaning of what it means to be a friend to
someone, we have a skewed definition...

I remember a time when I first joined TeenHelp
that my ambition and goal was to help people
solve their life problems, no matter what it was.

Why I had that ambition was I was moved and
saddened to hear about stories of teenagers,
people like me who didn’t want to live anymore.

So I made it a duty at the time that I was going
to devote my time to helping those in need,
to be that source of inspiration through the dark times....

So I have just started a new job and am currently half way through it. It is event catering and this job is a 4 day event. Being new not knowing anyone is definetly not helping. Almost everyone here smokes and drinks.and it seems like that is the only way to socialise I don't drink or smoke so feel left out.
