No one ever seems to care about me anymore, I've been falling apart the last few days and I'm always being told that I need to tell people I actually need help because they can't read minds, so I text my four best friends saying how much I needed to talk to them and all of them ignored me. They didn't even acknowledge that I had text them :/
I assume they were busy and I guess I'm just pathetic for assuming that they would help me, most of the time I just need a hug but they just never notice....

I've had such a rough few days, I need people so much and there seems to be no one around.
Last night I drunk way too much and hurt myself badly. So this morning I ended up sitting outside A&E crying until a nurse came over and asked if i was okay, then I just said I was fine and left.
I'm so stupid and pathetic, I couldn't even bring myself to walk in. I'm in so much pain but I'm too scared to do anything.
I deserve the pain, I deserve to die.

So i'm doing pretty good. I think i am recovering for sure now. I feel so much better, stronger, and like nothing can take me down. I have amazing friends who care right now. I'm beginning to see myself as pretty, or at least trying, with the help of my best friend, lets call her S. Who is always there for me. And everything i'd want in a friend. She has helped me so much.

Or was it a bad morning?

I was having so much trouble concentrating, and then when I finally could concentrate, instead of concentrating I fixated, and unfortunately it was upon sad and depressing things.

So I mean, I probably should have taken quetiapine, but it was nearly midnight by this point so I decided not to. And well . . . just before I went to bed, (after midnight), there may have been a small amount of SH - but nothing major. Just stuff. And I'll probably...

Sam I am is in hospital. (My friend and ex-flatmate.) She's alright at the moment, but she's been severely NOT alright. She was in respite at the end of last week, but her voices got really bad and after she was found on the train tracks and had to be restrained, they put her in hospital.

She's doing okay. She's working towards once more maintaining as much wellness as she can and hopefully getting out on Friday. I'm glad I visited her, it's reassuring to see her and just validate...

Well, tomorrow Jon gets his first paycheck. Now of course I don't like that he wants to spend his money to go and get me nice things and take me out, but at the same time I can't help feeling excited about going out with him.

He wants to take me out to eat at a really good Mexican restaraunt downtown; he's taken me there once before, and the food is very good and at a very reasonable price!

There's one other thing he really wants to do, and I wish he wouldn't...

So I had an epically mild cold. Then on Saturday night, I decided to buy pizza. I'd had a really really good day - Dad came over and we got my car going, plus I got mail - so I was celebrating how happy I was.

However the weather's been very rainy and a bit cold. I like it, it sure beats the drought, but here's what happened:
It wasn't raining when I left.
I crossed the road on my way home (with my pizza), and it started to rain. At the lights it started to bucket down....
