I'm too tired for this shit. I think I'll just OD on my Adderall tonight. Who knows? Maybe, hopefully, I'll die.

No! Please hang in there! I don't know you very well, but that's gonna change.
I have faith that you are a very wonderful person and have so much going for you. Who knows? It was probably just a bad day/week and you didn't have a good way of expressing that frustration or anger or whatever. But know that you can always talk to me about whatever is going on. Even if all you're doing is venting or ranting to me. I don't care. I've done it plenty of times to my friends. But it helps. I can also give you some techniques I've learned that help with this kinda thing.
