Holiday season has officially begun.
Bright lights, christmas music, "perfect gift" ads, people wearing santa hats on the street - ah, I love it (except the hat one, ehh, not getting used to it).
Black Friday marked the beginning of the holiday season and boy was I happy. It's like that every year. It gets me super pumped no matter what may be going on in my life.
Thanksgiving weekend is sorta nice, but it's what comes after that really makes me go nuts. Anyhow, this year was the first year I actually go shoppping on Black Friday. People were always telling me, " Dude, don't go shopping on Black Friday, people go nuts and tear eachother apart".
Hummm...no. Most people are civilised (I say most because there are always exceptions...yeah, I'm talking about that smelly old lady that walks right in front of you while you're at the cash register, tssss manners).
There was a lot of people though, but I'm soooo into shopping that I don't usually notice.
Anyway, so I treated myself, like, a lot. Hehe. My first stop was Sephora. Ahhhh, I am just in LOVE with that store. I'm not that big on make-up, I only wear mascara and sometimes lipgloss. But with only those two, I can spend a lot of money. I'm like, ADDICTED to mascara. I'm a case. I have tried, 18 different mascaras since I started wearing some. Some I only wear once or twice before moving on to another one.
A lot of people close to me have asked me which one I consider the best mascara ever, so, in that honor, I'll let you guys in on my top 3.

Number 3 :::> Diorshow "blackout" ; quite expensive and the results are not as impressive as I would've thought. Still good though.
Number 2 :::> Volume Shocking (L'Oreal) ; for a cheap drug store brand, it really does the job. I like how it leaves your lashes looking nice and clump-less.
As for number 1...* drumroll * :::>
Chanel Inimitable (although I can't pronounce "inimitable" u__u ; it is hands down, the BEST mascara EVER. Expensive, but worth every penny.

That is all for my little mascara blurb
After going to sephora and treating myself to a new perfume (Flora by Gucci) and some body butter, I went on in my shopping journey. Won't go through my day extensively, cause I could go on forever and that is probably not the best thing for you, hehe.
That was the best thing of my t-giving weekend. Had a brunch with my roomates in the afternoon and called my grand-ma in the evening but didn't do anything really family oriented. Anyway, let's not go into the bad aspects of my life, I am staying positive. Although all that Christmas-y vibe sometimes gets me teary-eyed. I love Christmas time but damn it makes me feel lonely sometimes...Uh-huh, quite pathetic

Much love,

- Megan

So, I have to admit that I'm quite addicted to mascara and lip gloss... I tend to wear a lot more lip gloss though, and I think right now I have like 20 different ones floating around, haha. It's like once I go into any store, I go to that section first. It's fun being a girl, huh? (:

I loooove Christmas, even though it can be a bit depressing since I don't live near any of my family. But hey, you have friends, and they're just like family anyway, just not blood related.

So on that note, you'll always have a sister in me. =)

    Love you, you sexy whore.
