So since this is el primero (the first), I am deciding to write a little about me and my sitch. So the other blogs after this wont seem completely sketchy.
I am Lauren, I want my name to be Avery but im not going to change it. You can call me Avery though, I tell people at starbucks and jamba juice thats what my name is.

Ok life story,
I grew up for about 7 years of my life without my dad in my life, he had a drug problem. My mom was at work all day and I was left with a nanny who is still like a second mother to me today. My aunt also helped raise me a long with a lot of other people.
My mom is like the anchor of my entire family, she is the strongest person I know and she can single handedly take complete control of an entire mexican family and get them all to shut up. skills. I know.
Then my family found God, my dad went to rehab and recovered from his addiction. This was probably the best thing that my mom ever did for my family was turn us to God. I am a Christian still to this day and it means everything to me. But I will not judge others for their religious choices and Im not easily offended.
My aunt died a few years back, the hardest thing ive probably ever had to go through, along with my great grandma and dog dying all around the same time.
I dealt with this pain through self harm, thats how i ended up here a few years ago but somehow I lost my password or something happened and I had to make a new one. But I am proud to say that i haven't in over a year now!
I struggle with anxiety and depression and its hard to cope with at times, but I am hoping to live day by day and just take it all in.

This is long and I don't expect for anyone to have read it but thanks if you did
just wanted to put it out there

Lauren
