I am so sad today i am tired of hanging on everyone says the know i can do it cause I dont think I can. everyone is telling me to stay strong well it is hard to be strong. I keep on caving I keep on giving in to the thoughts and I dont want to but the urges are just so bad and they just keep on getting worse. I am trying so hard to hang on for everyone else but I just dont want to do it anymore. I have never been this sad the urges have never been this bad. I just want to give in. I am tired of being strong.
