Ohmygosh it has been such a busy year already!
I've just submitted a research report that has been stressing me the heck out for weeks so that's a massive relief. I'm not expecting a good mark, but with the Open University you only need 40% to pass so as long as I get that, it should be okay.
I also just went to look at what module to do next and found I only have two more years left (I thought it was going to be 3!) and after this module I won't have to do any more exams....

I'm feeling sorry for myself today.
Went to bed Tuesday night and really struggled to sleep. I was very restless until after three. Fell asleep probably not long before four and slept until six. Which was when I found myself running to dry-heave over the toilet. I suppose it's a good thing I hadn't eaten for a few hours because vomiting sucks. That happened a couple of times so at seven I told my dad I wasn't going to work. Spent the whole day in bed. My head was thumping, which...

London was incredible. The convention was a little disappointing. We paid £35 for a Saturday ticket and all that got us was entry to the free talks, which were basically run by fans and didn't involve any of the actors or anything, and access to a wee area that had various props and costumes displayed. Everything else had to be paid for.
The merchandise was almost all last year's stuff with last year's dates on them which was a bit of a rip-off given that they weren't discounted or anything....

In such a bad mood it's unbelievable. Sitting at my desk biting my tongue to hold back tears because of this stupid system that leaves people like me destined to fail. People who have an off day or maybe don't do so well under pressure are all going to fail with the Open University - congratulations!!

It's been a stressful week.
Alfonso wasn't well, I was up half the night on Monday with her, worried sick. Took her to the vet on Tuesday morning and it turned out she's allergic to something, I think it's probably the air freshener I'd bought. Mostly because the timing checks out. I've thrown it out and kept her out of my room for a few days while I left the window open to air the place out. It seems to have helped, she's not slow and lethargic anymore and she's breathing normally again....

Urghhhh

Final exam essay is due in a week today. Tried to work on it yesterday but the OU site was down which was really unhelpful. They've posted an apology and said that they'll let the examiners know there was a disruption. But only for those due in before the 20th. Not helpful.
I've just had a look around the module forum to download notes and stuff uploaded by tutors and my tutor uploaded something. Except that no one can open it. Her response? "I'm not really good...

I mentioned recently that I got a message from an ex. The message implied I was immature and accused me of dishonesty. She wanted answers but was happy to make assumptions before I even responded. I've had enough of being insulted and manipulated by people so I have absolutely no intention of replying to that message.
This week I got a message from, I'll just call her a 'relative' of this ex, since I'm sworn to secrecy or whatever other shit I don't care about. I got on well with this relative...
