Unwell :(

I'm feeling sorry for myself today.
Went to bed Tuesday night and really struggled to sleep. I was very restless until after three. Fell asleep probably not long before four and slept until six. Which was when I found myself running to dry-heave over the toilet. I suppose it's a good thing I hadn't eaten for a few hours because vomiting sucks. That happened a couple of times so at seven I told my dad I wasn't going to work. Spent the whole day in bed. My head was thumping, which got a lot worse when I put the light on or left the darkness of my room. So I got to feel sick, coughing, be totally congested, and feel generally crappy all day. Couldn't sleep again last night. I was restless again and didn't get back to sleep after three.
Despite all this I don't feel as terrible as yesterday. I can stand to sit in the living room with the blinds closed so that's a step up. I'm also not running to the toilet to not-vomit so overall, definite improvement. I just have to deal with lots of coughing and having to breathe through my mouth, which isn't helping the coughing.
I'm not entirely sure how I'm so functional given that I only got a couple of hours sleep the past two nights. Hoping that staying up until my usual bed time will help me sleep through the night.
Switched mobile phone companies today because my contract is up soon. Three were really bitchy about me leaving. First they matched the deal I got elsewhere, and I said no. So they said they'd put me through to cancellations. Spoke to someone else who said I could get the same deal with them so why am I moving if I'm happy with their service. Explained I wanted to change and told them I wasn't going to change my mind. Eventually put through to someone else who was apparently in the Cancellations team and after offering the same deal, telling me that after I got the PAC code to keep my number the deal would be gone, then telling me if I ever came back I wouldn't get benefits of a loyal customer but would be treated as a new one, and then moaning that they didn't even see why I was moving to the new company anyway... they finally cancelled my contract and gave me the PAC code I asked for. I'm in a shitty mood with not feeling that great so I was really close to shouting "NO MEANS NO" down the phone at them. I know they have to try and keep customers but threatening that I wouldn't get the deal offered again and would lose the supposed benefits of being a loyal customer, isn't going to change my mind. The only 'benefit' I ever had was them calling me every few months to try and sell me a new phone. In addition to my current phone! Because I need two phone contracts, you know? Then they would ask if any of my family would want the deal. Oddly enough, no one in my family needs two phones either. So when that failed they always tried to sell me an iPad and tell me that it was better than the Samsung I told them I already had.
Either way it's sorted now and I'm with BT Mobile. I don't mind so much that I won't get the £60 Amazon voucher that was offered because that was an online only deal and I set the new contract up over the phone, BT seem pretty good and it was an excellent deal. Also, while I am in no way a racist, it was really nice to speak to a British person in their call centre. Purely because the people Three have are from I-don't-even-know-where and they have trouble with my accent. It's always a nightmare to contact them.
Rest of my day will likely involve watching crappy TV, maybe eating later (I want pizza so badly and I don't even really like pizza), and having an early night.
At least I don't have to stress about being up for work tomorrow, I suspect that alone will let me sleep better.
