What do I stand for? Most nights I don't know.

Title is unrelated, it's from a song I was listening to earlier and is stuck in my head. (Some Nights - Fun, for those of you who are interested)

I walked the 2.4 miles to Naomi's today but since I did it after she got out of work (5.30) it was pitch black outside already. And pouring with rain. And somehow in all the times I've walked to and from here, I never noticed the danger. The whole road is a 60 speed limit, the path is about 2 feet wide, and for a mile there are no street lights. I was basically walking in the dark hoping I wouldn't trip and a car wouldn't hit me. I'm safe!

But now we're snuggled on the couch together, Sasha (her gorgeous Rottweiler) is asleep on my feet, and we're watching a movie I am trying hard to ignore because I hate violence.

My new aidä and embroidery thread came today so I can spend tomorrow cross stitching while she's at work.
I got 92% on my first ever psychology quiz and didn't look at the book once! Only one wrong!
Oh, and I got a call from work telling me I'm not needed on Friday night but is been put through as a holiday so I'll still get paid. For 4 1/2 hours work I'm not doing. Even though if I was working I couldn't stay the extra half hour. Win/win for me!

Overall it's been a good day (even better since I get to fall asleep with my gorgeous girl's arm around me) and the rest of the week is set to be good as well.

Lalalala I'm so having nightmares from this movie.
