This is the Summer of Love, Tonight the Fiesta will Come!

I get to see my amazingfantasticbeautifulfunnysmartbrilliantadorab le girl today and I can't freaking wait!
It's been almost three weeks since I saw her and in that time we've been texting and had about two hours on the phone. That's it. It sucks.
She's only 22 miles away but her town is freaking awkward to get to. Three buses. First one comes every half hour, second one every 15 minutes, third one every hour but occasionally skipping one. So getting there is really hard when you need to work out the times and the bus shows up late.
That and she's started work 9-5 Monday-Friday and I work weekends. Sooooo not that easy.
I'm going to get her from work today, stay tonight, Thursday, and Friday, and we're going out somewhere together on Saturday I think.

So I'll only have my phone for the next few days. I'll be hanging out in the house with her dad and cousin (and dog, and hamster, and cousin's hamster) during the day while she's working but at 5 I get her all to myself and I can't wait!

Also, on August 1st I'm going to Blackpool with my parents and brother for two days like we usually do. So amazing Italian restaurant for dinner, a day at the Pleasure Beach, Pizza Hut, drool inducing hotel breakfast.. I'm excited.
Most of all though, I'm champing at the bit for August 9th. We're going to the Isle of Man for a week and it's just so exciting. Sadly, Glasgow Pride is the 10th so I'll miss that this year. But it's been 10 years this August since the last time we went to the Isle of Man and we're all really really looking forward to getting back.
The history is freaking amazing with all these really interesting myths and legends about giants and vikings and stuff. And there are ghost walks which my dad said we could do so that will be amazing. Best yet, the island has LOADS of museums and my dad's found a family pass to get us into all of them over ten days for £44

I can't wait! I've never seen my dad excited about anything before which is weird. Apart from the time I got off the train after not seeing my family for two days and when he saw me he ran towards me with his arms open and tacklehugged me.

But yes. Had a lot going on and a lot coming up so that's why I'm on Leave just now and will be for the next couple of weeks.
