Just got home Sunday night. I had the time of my life with my friends and my boyfriend. Jon and I had tons of people wanting our pictures, it was great. I guess it was a good idea to go as Cloud and Tifa.

Some of the cosplays were really great, and we went to some fun panels. The Miku concert was great, and so was the Mikako Joho concert. And of course, the rave was incredible. However, Nekocon did have its downsides. On Saturday night, when I was in line for the Miku concert, I had a seizure. I woke up and was fine, and I got to go to the concert, and I was fine for the rest of the time we were at the convention center. But, when we went back to the house we were staying at, I had 7 more seizures. 8 in one night. Poor Jon was so scared, I feel bad about it. On Sunday he took me out to eat at Olive Garden to cheer me up, and for our anniversary. The food was great and I really enjoyed myself. But Sunday night after I went home, I had one final seizure. I know because I woke up in the middle of the night and when I went to the bathroom and saw myself in the mirror, my shirt and face was covered in blood and my lip was bitten open. For right now though, I want to try and focus on the good. For example, Jon also bought me a beautiful dress at the convention; it goes down to my knees, and it's basically a kimono. It has a stretchy wrap that goes around the middle and buttons in the back, and it holds the kimono closed. It even has the long kimono sleeves and everything. And it was a good buy, too. It was only $50, and believe me, I've seen dresses like that before, and they're never that cheap. It was the last one they had, and it was a perfect fit. I'll put a picture up sometime. I also decided to have my own personal touch added to it; I took it to the artist's alley and went to the steampunk table where I'm an old customer. Their work is very excellent, and very durable. The front of the kimono wrap had chains on it and it looked cool, but I thought it would look even better if keys were added to it. I paid the woman $10, and she added keys to the chains. When I came back, I was stunned. The keys were not only beautiful, but she'd made them perfectly symmetrical. She even removed one of the chain's links because it wouldn't come out perfectly symmetrical if she didn't. It looks beautiful, I love it so much. I also bought a bracelet from them, it's very pretty.

We're already thinking about plans for next year. Jon and I are thinking about cosplaying as Jimmy and Rachel from Case Closed. Well, that's another Nekocon gone. I can't wait for next year!
