Yes, I've been doing a lot of sit-ups lately to try and get rid of the pudge I have in my belly. I've cut back a lot on sweets, but I can't resist some chocolate now and again. Anyway, I want to get a bit more in shape. Besides, most women usually lose some boob weight when they start really working out. It may make Jon sad, but my boobs are too big. Right now I can barely get into my prom dress from last year because my boobs have gotten bigger. It fits me, but if they get any bigger I won't be able to wear it. Unfortunately, that means I'll have to put off going on birth control until after prom, because in some women it causes their breasts to grow, and I can't risk that happening before prom.

Basically, in addition to my sit-ups, I'm playing wii games like wii sports and just dance, etc. I played just dance nonstop for a freaking hour yesterday. And that was after 5 rounds of wii sports. I'm paying for it today. I shouldn't have jumped so fast into the workout, I should've slowly warmed myself up. I know that now.

Well, wish me luck on surviving the growing workout plan.

    I recommend contrast showers after training and slow paced walks on off days for recovery.

    Is there anyway to be able to get your dress adjusted? Working out is good, but birth control is magical and it would suck to put it off... AFTER prom. Since prom is more fun with it.
