She sits there behind the door on the floor, waiting, just waiting. The seconds feel like hours. At that moment the timer goes off and she jumps. She looks down at the counter to see what her fate will be. It’s positive…She flashes back to that night when he pulled out, she had this feeling like she knew something didn’t go right. She cannot believe what she has done. Her future has gone from college to taking care of her son or daughter. Can two fifteen year olds really raise a child together? They both had the world at their fingertips and it was ruined. The doorbell rings and she quickly hides the test. As she runs down the stairs to answer the door she sees that it is the father and she stops quickly in her tracks. What will she tell him? Is she strong enough to tell him the seriousness of the situation? She goes and lets him and tells him what has happened. He just looks at her for a moment and then just breaks down. He says that he will be there for her through everything. Does he realize he has to stick with her after the pregnancy? She went from being his baby to having his baby. What will her parents think, or better yet, what will her FRIENDS think?
