We've all gotten that one text that just makes our shoulders drop in disappointment. For some, like me, we've gotten it more than once. I text quite often...I've gotten plenty of disappointing texts from lots of different people. "I hate you." "F*ck you b*tch." "Why are we always fighting?!" and even "Yay! I'm so glad we're friends again!!" (when I was trying to get rid of this girl who thinks she's my best friend, but really, I never liked her from the start.)

But there's just something about one word texts that says so much more than the single word they type...I recently got my guy friend's number, and if I had it my way we'd be texting non-stop 24/7. Pfft. If I had it MY way he would still be in my classes and we'd be hanging out every week.

See, my friend, whom I'll call...Tommy. He used to be in 3 of my four classes at school (which I go to once a week because i'm homeschooled -.- ) Well recently, his mom put him in a 3-day program where he goes three days a week...but to different classes. Instead of my classes, which are more extra credit than actual LEARNING material, he goes to Math, Language Arts, Science, History, everything in three days...:c

He's still in my first class, which takes both kids from my program and kids from him. It's been a week without him at all my classes, and already things are going bad.
First of all, I'm bored out of my mind with no one to hang with (because when I say there's no one else to hang out with, I LITERALLY mean there is absolutely NO ONE to HANG. OUT. WITH.)

Unless you count some weird kid that lies through his teeth to, um, EVERYONE as someone. He's ugly, a frickin liar, again I say: ugly, stupid, and I want to insult his entire phoney face.

I'll tell you the whole story a different day, but right now...I'm trying to text Tommy. Lately, ever since he switched programs, he's been texting me stupid one worders...I ask him a question, usually he'll answer and ask me the same question. But now he's just all like, when I ask him a question, he says, "Ya" and then doesn't text anything.

I reply...but...it's just the same thing. Today, he finally started actually making conversation but...I just don't know what's going on with us.
He might actually be my best friend, at least, to me. I don't know how he sees me...but I can't lose him like I've lost other people that I love. My supposed 'best friend' is three years younger than me. She's a bit arrogant and annoying. I mean, we've known each other for almost 10 years though. I can't just ditch her now...

Most of my friends have moved away or moved on. They've switched schools...districts...I barely have anyone now. And it sucks.
