Without major incident, even. So . . . last appointment with Yvonne. I have no particular feeling about that, if I ever need to see a psychologist again, one will be provided. It's not a big thing for me, I didn't see her for very long so yeah.
I still have to see Judy regularly though. She's my keyworker and she's also a mental health nurse.
We discussed sleep and fast thoughts and stuff today. So they know now that I've been high for the last 2 - 3 weeks. I didn't...

I feel nauseous. Actively nauseous. My stomach is broiling, my throat has that tight, constricted feeling, my ears are ringing, I'm shivery. It happened really weirdly. I was just doing some stuff (stuff that I do fairly regularly) and it came over me really suddenly, I wasn't able to finish.
It's sort of under control now. If I feel that vomitting is imminent, I'll dive outside quicksmart and add to the vomit in the grass that's there from when I had the migraine.

So. Cold calling went well, I guess. And based on the weather, it genuinely was cold calling. Polar blasts, we get the every year, and the same people complain about the "unseasonsable cold" every year . . . it's just part of living in a country which isn't too far afield of Antarctic meteorology. In other words, it's just life. Personally I don't like freezing my butt off, but on the bright side, at least the weather's nice. Cold, but nice.
Oh, back to cold calling. Dropped...

Half past 11 at night. Current temperature: 8 degrees celsius. Predicted overnight low: 1 degree celsius. Temperatures over the last week overnight: averaged 11-13 degrees celsius.
Yup, I am totally feeling the cold, and tomorrow I will check on the MetService website to see what the low actually ended up being.
I haven't smoked any tobacco in the last 24 hours. This wasn't intentional, it just happens to be that I've been occupied doing other stuff, like mowing the...

Ok, so one of the younger users posted on his profile that he has "an adult IQ of 102" at the age of 14. Now, I don't know what my IQ was at 14, but I know it was comfortably in the gifted range when I did a neuropsych when I was 12 or 13.
So out of curiosity, I googled online IQ tests. As you do.
IQ Test Labs came up. I did the test. 27 out of 30 correct, 90%, IQ of 132: Gifted.
Stanford-Binet IQ of 134, Cattell IQ of 151.
Suck on that.

After a few weeks, you sort of forget the rush. The insane feeling of, I'm so amazing, that I can hurt myself, and even though I feel the pain (because I don't dissociate), it's nothing. It's like, it's like being powerful. It's like being so in control that you even have control of your physiological responses to pain. Pain? Give it to me, I can handle it, because that is simply how awesome I am.
And the blood? Oh yeah, the blood. Strong enough and resilient enough that I can bleed,...

I would love to be able to tell people that their art work simply isn't that great, without being mean, or being a troll. I'd love to offer some constructive criticism, but I'm worried that if I do, it could either upset the OP or possibly upset mods.
The problem is, I have a private art-school education (part thereof, I dropped out due to stress.), and my standards for what constitutes "good" are therefore rather higher than others' standards might be. That's not to say...

Okies, first off: thermal socks. They're so delicious for my feets. I slept so well last night, purely because I was so ridiculously comfortable, which was purely due to my brand new purple thermal socks. It's been a couple of years since I had thermal socks, so these are quite nice. I mean, I've had fluffy socks, but not proper thermal ones. So it's really nice for my feetsies.
Olly said I coached really well today! I was happy, I had a little Jess-pride moment to myself. We basically...

I just have to say, it has turned out totally worth posting that thread, just for the lulz!
I was stoned when I posted it, I don't actually believe Apple is evil (of course not, they're just makers of sexy, sexy products.), I just had a thought and wondered what would happen.
Turns out there are some people with strong opinions on that sort of thing. Who'd've thought. Definitely not me, I was surprised that the thread got even one reply.
So I've had my giggles...

Right now I totally don't understand other people's pain. Well I do, sort of, but it's purely in a logical way, I just don't get how they can't put it to the side and move past it. Maybe it's just how I'm thinking right now. Or maybe my mind is superhuman and I no longer have any pain that requires dealing with. Either way.
I went for a walk last night at about half past midnight, was gone for about an hour, did 7,500 steps in that time. Most of it barefoot, because it was raining,...
