So I went out for a walk last night, left about 10:30pm, got back about 6:30am. So that's around about 8 hours out of the house, but I think it was only 6 hours actually walking, because I stopped at a park for a while, and I kept having rests on the return walk.

I didn't have an egg, so I used milk to bind instead and basically kept the recipe exactly the same aside from that. Every time a car drives past my unit, I get paranoid that it's going to be somebody coming to see me. I don't feel like seeing anybody at the moment.
