Yup, it's Good Friday. I'm at my Mum's place, I've been here since yesterday afternoon. They have literally just driven out on their way to Rotorua, so it's just myself, Nana, and the dog. Good times.
Really brilliant news: I got $50! It seemed pretty random to me but it turns out that it's the money I made doing the short shift at Spotlight during stocktake. I was surprised, but I plan to go The Warehouse tomorrow to purchase new underwear. I'm down to only 5 comfortable pairs, due...

I think I already wrote about how stressful Thursday 14th March was. So on Friday 15th, I got up in the morning, floated around on the internet for a while, then left for my appointment with my key worker. I don't remember much of that appointment. I don't recall which room it was in, or if I used the whiteboard, or anything. It's just gone.
I got home around 4:30pm. My flatmate June, was sitting outside drinking with a friend. I did normal stuff, cooked dinner, watched TV. Got sick...

I learned a few weeks ago that apparently that's the international standard for typing the date, so suck on it.
I have had a very exhausting day.
Got my iPod back.
Neighbour was arrested for it.
Police were helpful.
Leisa was amazing.
Did a boxing class, wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but still worked up a sweat.
Met Debbie, the psychologist I'm going to be seeing.
Shattered.
Worried that the TV is watching me...

I finished WRAP. I'll get a certificate at the beginning of April. Leisa's looking at PET (Peer Education Training) for me, with the intention of me eventually becoming a Peer Support Specialist. I'm proud to have actually completed something, even if it was only 8 two hour classes. It's something.
Last Monday or Tuesday (I don't remember which), my ex, Laura, sent me a message and a friend request on facebook. It really threw me. I have since blocked her, and discovered via a friend...

Okay so, over the last few days, I've been taking a sort of unscheduled mental health break from nearly everything.
So updates.
Flatmate has cleaned up the large majority of her hair dye mess, to the point that I now feel it is at an acceptable (but not optimal) level of clean. She's also getting better at not inviting the neighbours in. She's still not amazingly clean and I'm still not coping too well with living with her, but I'm managing.
Leisa and I went...

I don't trust my flatmate. I don't trust my neighbours. And therefore, for me, it is a massive issue that my flatmate invites neighbours inside. It's actually more of an issue that one neighbour in particular invites himself inside, and then she doesn't tell him to leave. And I don't feel like I can say anything. What really worries me is that he's constantly asking about my TV. I didn't buy my TV, it was gifted to me from CLS, who for some reason decided that television is a necessary part of life....

About ten minutes ago somebody knocked on my door. I wasn't actually aware they were knocking on my door, per se, because people frequently knock on my neighbour's window (it's literally right next to mine) and it often sounds like people are knocking on my door when they are in fact, not. Also I had my headphones on, as I've been watching stuff on my laptop.
Anyway I saw somebody walking back down the driveway, and as it was a young female somebody, I'm going to assume it was somebody...

So as you know, my feet are very sore. But I still went to my appointment, and my key worker gave me a ride to the bus stop so I didn't have to walk back there to get home. She said keep an eye on it because oyster cuts can get infected quite easily, but I already knew this and I already plan to watch how it heals carefully.
We had our appointment. I used the whiteboard to explain how things are going on right now. She's going to organise for me to meet with Debbie (the psychologist),...

Might be triggering for those with EDs.
So today was the second day of the WRAP course. We went through the five key concepts (which I don't remember off the top of my head), and started looking at a "Wellness Toolbox". Our task for the weekend (because the next class isn't until Monday) is to work on things we can put in our toolboxes. So far I've got petting Linny and playing an instrument in mine, but I do plan to add more - if I'm going to do this course, I'm going to...

I started the WRAP course today. WRAP is Wellness and Recovery Action Plan. It goes for eight sessions of two hours, which I'll be doing in approximately a fortnight, but there are options for people to do it over a longer period too - like, eight weeks. Leisa gave me money to put on my bus card which is about $10 more than I will need to attend the sessions, so my bus card is sorted for the next little while.
I've had a flick through the WRAP booklet. Part of it is scaring me. It...
