Secretly very happy >:D

Laura came over again today. And again, it was good - though I made her promise not to get grumpy about it later, because last night around midnight she went all emo and depressed.
I did all my exercise stuff again today, except not as much ab work, and used lighter weights to get the range of motion flowing freely. Also, through copious amounts of walking, managed 17,406 steps. I'm in shock, that's nearly double what you *need* to do and I don't feel at all bad about it.
Now - the thing I'm secretly very happy about - Laura is interested in this guy. For the sake of this blog, let's call him "that guy". So she met that guy through myyearbook, and they got talking on msn. They text, even though on different networks. She quite likes him, and they're trying to organise to meet up - though they haven't got a time or day yet. Now, here's what I like: Laura is scared that he'll just be a friend, meaning, she's not too majorly into him in a sexual way. Also means they clicked about something non-relationshippy. And what makes me happiest - I've seen his pictures. His face is very, very, VERY average, and his body is about the same. I'm working on my body, but my face is generally pretty good looking. I managed to do my hair nicely today, and I got told it was cute. I uploaded the photo onto myyearbook and practically everyone likes it. So, in my opinion, I'm better looking than him. And I think she privately thinks so too, but I won't ask her until they've actually met up and that.
Also - it seems, based on his facebook photos (Laura started a facebook and added me as a friend so I figured that meant I was allowed to browse that guy's photos), that he recently had a relationship with a girl. And she was a slightly above average looking girl. She was slimmer than Laura or I have ever been, and had a reasonably pretty face. The classic slightly-more-than-ordinary type that guys fall for. Which I took to be another good sign.
So here's to hoping they end up good friends! lmao. It happened to me and one of my exs (the only one who wasn't a complete dick) and he's really nice. She needs more friends.
But yeah, hope for me that she doesn't end up anything more than a friend to him.
